AIM AND OBJECT

The aim and objects for which the society is established are as under:-

1.   Advancement of scientific knowledge in relation to the cardiovascular system in all its aspects to improve basic understanding and to provide better preventive measures and treatment of all types of cardiovascular diseases.

2.   To facilitate cardiac care and medical relief to the public to have the best cardiovascular health through the support of research into the causes and cures of heart disease.

3.   Taising of resouces to assist patients who are not able to undergo specialized treatment for heart diseases like Heart attacks and Heart failure etc.

4.   To conduct/organize public meetings, scientific meetings, seminars, conference for imparting awareness about Heart Disorders such as Heart Attacks, Arrhythmia, Coronary artery disease, Cardiae arrest, pulmonary heart failure, congenital heart disease or other allied heart defects etc.

5.   To provide, guide, educate and to create Cardiovascular awareness program and to make, develop, build, promote Cardio Care Centre for the underprivileged people.

6.   To undertake communication, prepare/distibute publicity which shall have a character specially related to the Cardiovascular sciences and shall be the official organ of the Society.

7.   To accept grants, donation, assistance from public bodies, corporations, companies or persons ot trusts, India / Corporation / companies and foundations for the purpose of the Society and to manage efficient, effective and permissible fund flow and fund utilization in consonance with the objects stated herein.

8.   To purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire or otherwise acquire any movable or immovable property, and in particular any land, building, workshops, factories, laboratories, machinery, plant apparatus, appliances, trades, trademarks, licenses, permits, intellectual property rights (IPRs)), and any rights or privileges necessary or convenient for the purpose of meeting the objects of the Society.

9.   To pay salary/wages/fee including consultancy, retainer ship fee, sitting fee, rent and incur all other expenses needed in fulfillment of the objects of the Society.

10. To print, publish and sell books and research documents for propagating the objects of the Society.

11.   To enter into any arrangements with any Governments(s) or authorities whether Central, State, municipal, local or any other person, that may seem conductive to the objects of the Society.

12.   To pay all expenses, preliminary or incidental to the formation of the Society and its registration.

13.   To collect fee including membership fee, service charges, consultancy charge, compensations or such other monies as may be required in due course of functioning of the Society and in furtherance of its objects.

14.   To appoint legal and technical advisers (not being members), bankers for the Society and to pay the necessary expenses for the same.

15.   To frame rules and regulations for day to day execution of the Society's activities and to amend the Memorandum of Association from to time, if necessary.

16.   To draw, make accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue cheques, promissory notes, hundies, bills of landing, and other negotiable and instruments of all description in connection with the Society's business.

17.   To undertake all such lawful acts as are conducive or incidental to attanment of the above objects.

All the income, earning, moveable, immovable properties of the societies shall be solely utilized an applied towards the promotion of its aim and objects only set forth in the memorandum of association and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present and past member or the society or to any person claiming through any or more of the present or past member.

No member of society shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the society or make any profit, whatsoever by virture of his membership.


GOVERNING BODY :

The names, addresses, occupations and designations of the members of the governing body to whom the management of the society is entrusted as required under the section 2 of Societies Registration Act, 1860 as applicable to the National Capital Territory of Delhi area.

DESIROUS PERSONS :

We the undersigned are desirous or forming a society namely "HEALTHY HEART SOCIETY" under Societies Registration Act, 1860 as applicable to the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the pursuance of the memorandum of association of the society.
